1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Monarch Junk Removal (“Monarch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Monarch provides junk removal, hauling, debris disposal, labor, and related services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
3. Scheduling and Service Conditions
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, or type of materials removed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if materials are hazardous, unsafe, or prohibited by law.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to all items requiring removal.
- Disclose hazardous materials or unsafe conditions in advance.
- Obtain any permissions required by property owners or HOAs.
5. Payments and Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments via our processing partners.
- Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of services.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not remove hazardous waste, chemicals, explosives, or any items restricted by state or federal law. Customers must disclose questionable items before service.
8. Liability
- Monarch is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, structural weaknesses, or items damaged due to improper installation or deterioration.
- We assume no liability for personal items left inside furniture, appliances, vehicles, or containers.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. SMS, Email, and Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications, including confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and follow-ups. Marketing messages require your express consent as required by law.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, including for safety concerns, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
